Christina Rhodes
CEO, Creative Director & Co-Founder
Dubbed “one to watch” in 2008 by BBC Arts, her work has since been featured in Vogue, GQ, The Times, Forbes, People, Harper’s Bazaar, and The Guardian, amongst many others. A theatre producer, film & TV costumier, and former international performer in her own right, Christina draws inspiration as much from her time as a showgirl as from the couture runways of Paris; as much from the underground cabarets of Berlin as from the world of fine art.
Trusted for her impeccable eye for detail, her curiosity is what drives her to keep Black Rabbit at the forefront of reimagining new and innovative answers to the question: how do we celebrate life’s greatest moments together?

Managing Director
Pip anchors BRP with an extensive commercial and financial background forged for close to a decade of strategic leadership at Google and further shaped by his prior experience at Shell, in Venture Capital, and an early tenure at Lehman Brothers (yes he was there in 2008).
As a seasoned business advisor, angel investor, board member and patron of multiple arts enterprises, Pip infuses a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence into the fabric of BRP, reimagining the world of what's possible for both our team and clientele.

Co-Founder, CEO White Rabbit Projects
White Rabbit was founded in 2016 by Chris Miller, who was previously Commercial Director for the Soho House Group after starting his career in Private Equity with a focus on consumer brands, fashion, and restaurants. The incubator empowers partners to successfully navigate a high-growth journey by drawing on the diverse experience of the White Rabbit team – an experience that spans the full hospitality journey. From start-up food stalls, to single-site launches, to billion-pound valuations.

Commercial Director
With a background in corporate finance, hospitality and leisure businesses, Dan was previously one of the youngest Chief Operating Officers on the London Stock Exchange.
More recently, Dan has shifted his focus to live events and hospitality. He co-founded a live entertainment group with venues in Soho, London, and currently manages a startup theatre production company, dedicated to creating new content for London's West End and Broadway in New York.
Dan brings a wealth of experience in delivering events at scale while maintaining the meticulous attention to detail that sets Black Rabbit Projects apart.He’s excited about what the future holds for Black Rabbit Projects around the world.

From sales to wardrobe to production to casting, Mollie has donned many different hats at Black Rabbit Projects to support the team.
Born in Melbourne, Australia, Mollie moved to London after completing her degree in Musical Theatre. She then furthered her training in Acting for Film & TV. Through her career as an actor, Mollie understands what performers look for in their employer. She is proud to be a part of the culture that the Black Rabbit Projects team have established and loves discovering a new and groundbreaking talent for any style of event.
